ATLANTA, Ga. -- The Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced that Delta State University women's basketball player
Zyaire Ewing was named to the Honorable Mention All-America team on Tuesday, March 23.
The Natchez, Miss. native, who earned her second consecutive WBCA Honorable Mention All-American honor, led the Lady Statesmen with 17.4 and 13.9 rebounds per game. Ewing ranked fifth in the Gulf South Conference in scoring and led the league in rebounding. Her 13.9 boards per contest also ranked her fourth in all of NCAA Division II basketball.
