Cleveland, M.iss-- The Delta State University Men's team had a GSC matchup with the Flames of Lee University for a GSC matchup. The Flames would score in the first five minutes of the match to take the early lead. James Lynch would respond by scoring in the 13th minute of the match to tie the game. DSU took control of the match after that. The Green and White would see Santi Rossi score the next goal for DSU to extend their lead to 2-1. Delta State would go into the half winning 2-1. The Statesmen defense was challenged the entire second half but didn't concede anything to the Flames. Braden Taylor scored the third DSU goal on the day. The Green and White would defeat Lee for the first time in program history today.
