Cleveland, Miss. -- The Delta State University Women's Soccer hosted the Flames of Lee University this Friday for a GSC matchup. The Lady Flames would score quickly by netting two goals in the first fifteen minutes of the match. Lee would take a 2-0 lead into the half. Kennedi Turner scored the first Lady Statesmen goal of the day. The Lady Flames would add two more goals within ten minutes of each other to push their lead to 4-1. Chloe Jackson scored a DSU goal in the 75th minute of the match. Lee would add another goal in the closing moments of the match to win 5-2.
