CLEVELAND, Miss. -- The Delta State University Women's Soccer team hosted Valdosta State this Friday for a GSC matchup. The Blazers would score in the 13^th minute to take the early lead. Kennedi Turner would score in the 20^th to tie the game at 1. Jae'lasha Julien scored in the 58^th to take the lead for DSU. Valdosta would tie the game at 2 in the 63^rd minute. The Blazers would get their third goal on a controversial penalty kick in the 70^th minute. VSU would defeat DSU 3-2.
