Cleveland, Miss. -- The Delta State University softball team traveled to Monticello, Arkansas for a double-header with Arkansas Monticello. Morgan Grubb drew the start for game one. The Lady Statesmen were held to two hits in game one of the doubleheader. AUM defeated DSU in game one 6-0.
 
Audry Rumsey drew the start for game two for the Lady Statesmen. Rumsey pitched 3.1 innings for the Green and White. Monticello took an early lead in the game and the Lady Statesmen battled back but would come up short against UAM.
