Logan Eldridge threw a complete game in DSU's 6-1 win over the Argos.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Game One
- The Argos scored the first run of the game in the top of the first after a double and an error. Brendan McCauley was walked with one out and moved to second on a single by Brett Burrell. Dylan Coleman then singled to score McCauley and move Burrell to third. Blayke Dendy grounded out to score Burrell and move Coleman to second. Cole Thompson was then walked, and Dylan Dendy singled to right to score Coleman. 3-1 Delta State after one.
- Each team stranded a runner in the second, including Matthew Nichols, who singled for DSU. Both teams went in order in the third. UWF left a runner on base in the fourth as DSU again sent three to the plate. West Florida went in order in the fifth as Wes Warnock and Coleman picked up hits for DSU. 3-1 Delta State after five.
- UWF sent three to the plate in the sixth as DSU got out of the inning on a double-play by Taylor Woodcock and Dylan Dendy. Thompson singled to start the DSU sixth and moved to second on a groundout. He then moved to third on a single by Woodcock and scored on an RBI single from Nichols. Woodcock scored two batters later on a sac fly from McCauley. 5-1 Delta State after six.
- Both teams went in order again in the seventh. UWF fell in order again in the eighth as well. Dylan Dendy singled to start the bottom of the eighth and was relieved by Peyton Badon. Badon moved to second on a single by Woodcock, and later third on a groundout by Nichols. He scored when Warnock hit a sac fly to center field. West Florida had a baserunner in the ninth, but a flyout ended the threat and the game. 6-1 Delta State final.
Game Two
- Both teams were held off the scoreboard in the first three innings, with McCauley picking up the lone DSU hit during that time. Delta State scored first in the fourth inning after Burrell reached on an error and scored on an RBI single by Blayke Dendy. 1-0 Delta State after four.
- Each side went in order in the fifth inning. UWF used four hits to and two errors to plate four runs in the top of the sixth as Delta State went in order in the sixth and seventh innings. 4-1 UWF final.
On The Mound
- Game one starter Logan Eldridge threw 111 pitches in the complete-game win. He allowed just one run on two hits with three strikeouts and two walks.
- Game two starter Logan Cromer pitched 5.1 innings, allowing four runs on five hits. He struck out six batters with no walks, but hit two batters.
- Noah Magee pitched the final 1.2 innings of game two. He allowed no runs and just one hit.
