CLEVELAND, Miss. – The winter competition schedules have been announced for the three winter sports teams.
Basketball
The 2025-26 schedule features three non-conference home contests for Statesmen Basketball, including LeMoyne-Owen (Nov. 14), Williams Baptist (Nov. 17), and Ouachita Baptist (Nov. 29). The non-conference schedule for the Lady Statesmen includes games against Southern Arkansas (Nov. 18) and Arkansas-Monticello (Nov. 22).
The home conference slate for both teams begins Thursday, Dec. 4, as Delta State hosts Union. The rest of the conference schedule consists of games against Christian Brothers (Dec. 6), West Alabama (Dec. 18), Alabama Huntsville (Dec. 20), Trevecca Nazarene (Jan. 8), Lee (Jan. 10), Auburn-Montgomery (Jan. 29), Montevallo (Jan. 31), Valdosta State (Feb. 12), West Florida (Feb. 14), and Mississippi College (Feb. 27).

Swim and Dive
The remainder of the home events for Swim & Dive include the four-day Thanksgiving Invite Nov. 20-23. The lone swim meet in December features a tri-meet with Ouachita Baptist and William Carey on Friday, Dec. 19. One meet on Friday, Jan. 9 will serve as the Senior Meet for the Statesmen and Lady Statesmen seniors.
