PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Delta State University Men's Tennis Tean (2-9, 0-3 GSC) fell to the ITA no. 43 ranked Bobcats from Georgia College & State University (9-1, 1-0 PBC) 5-1 Saturday morning at the Ralph Skeeter Carson Complex in Pensacola, Fla.
 
 Hector Ortiz scored the point for Delta State with his win in no. 1 singles against Chase Martin (6-4, 6-4).
 
In no. 4 singles, Tom Rance was in a battle with Gabe Cizek in a match that was unfinished at (4-6, 4-5).
 
The Statesmen will be back in GSC action this week as they travel to Montevallo, Ala., to take on the Falcons from the University of Montevallo Thursday at 1:00 p.m. (CDT).
