2008-2009 (Freshman): Made an immediate impact for the Lady Statesmen in her first year as a collegian, appearing in all 37 games and starting 15 of them…Was named the Gulf South Conference West Division’s Freshman of the Year and named to All-West Division Second Team…Led the Lady Statesmen in scoring (11.5 ppg) and blocked shots (54), and finished second on the team in rebounding (5.5 rpg)…Notched career highs 23 points and 11 rebounds in Delta State’s 105-42 win against Rhema Bible College (12/6/08)…Eclipsed 20 points four times during the year…Averaged 12.4 points per contest in conference play, which included a 22-point outburst against Arkansas Tech (1/24/09)…Registered four double-doubles during the season, including two in the Gulf South Conference tournament.

PREP: Started all four seasons under head coach Charles Williams at Gentry HS...A two-time MVP, she also won the rebounding award as a senior, as well as teams best defensive and leadership awards…She finished her career with the Lady Rams winning back-to-back 4A State titles along with back-to-back Mississippi Grand Slam Championships while guiding her team to a perfect 82-0 record and a No. 7 National ranking by ESPN…Her senior season she was named to the Clarion Ledger’s “Dandy Dozen” while averaging 16.6 points along with 12.3 rebounds and 5.3 blocks a game….Member of the National Honor Society, National Tech Honor Society and a Mississippi Scholar.
