Guillaume Lacour picked up a pair of victories, one in singles play and one in doubles, in the opening round of the GSC Tennis Championships as the Statesmen defeated Alabama-Huntsville 5-2 to advance to the semi-finals.  Lacour teamed with Florian Mondoloni to win the No. 2 doubles match; 8-5.  Lacour added a singles victory at the No. 3 slot; 6-2, 6-1.

In the semi-final match versus No. 1 West Florida, Lacour and Mondoloni lost in a tie-breaker in double play and Lacour had split the first two sets before the Argos were able to claim the team victory.
