Caroline Jouisse, a sophomore on the Lady Statesmen swimming and diving team, has been named the CableOne/GoStatesmen.com Female Student-Athlete of the Week.

Jouisse cut over six seconds off her previous best time in her victory in the 1000-Freestyle, as she finished in 10:17.83.  The time by Jouisse is an NCAA "B" cut standard, and ranks first in NCAA Division II. Jouisse also earned a victory with a 5:03.11 in the 500-Freestyle.
