Delta State University

For the second time this year, freshman Zach Zediker has earned CableOne GoStatesmen.com Male Athlete of the Week honors for his performance as part of the Delta State men’s golf team. 
 
Zediker snagged his third top-ten finish of the fall at last week’s Samford Intercollegiate at the Greystone Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama.  The Panama City, Florida, native shot a team-best three-over 219 to place eighth individually. 
 
Finishing ahead of schools such as Murray State and Austin Peay, the Statesmen were an impressive fifth overall at the prestigious invitational.
