Delta State University

Sophomore Isabella Kelly was named one of GoStatesmen.com's Featured Athletes of the Week, presented by Guaranty Bank, as she won the the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:49.68 as the Delta State University swimming and diving team had a respectable showing on Saturday, Oct. 17 against NCAA Division I foe Tulane University.

Kelly, a Simpsonville, S.C. native, was also the top finisher for the Lady Statesmen in the 500 free, placing fifth with a 5:27.97. Kelly also swam to fifth in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:15.53.
