ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Delta State University men's tennis team (2-3, 2-0 GSC) suffered a setback falling three-straight this past week against Ouachita Baptist University on Feb. 16, 7-0, Oklahoma Christian University (2-0) on Feb. 17, 8-1 and Southwest Baptist University (1-1) on Feb. 18, 7-2, in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The Statesmen opened up the three-day stretch against Ouachita Baptist failing to record a victory against the Tigers.

The green and white continued to struggle posting a 2-7 score the following day to Oklahoma Christian but managed to pull a victory out the singles matches from the effort of Christian Serrano Garcia but the Eagles swept the Statesmen in doubles action 0-3.

Delta State continued its slide on the final day in a 7-2 defeat at the hands of Southwestern Baptist University pulling wins in singles play by Sebastian Rajaonary and Florian Mondoloni.
