Statesmen Tennis Team Clawed by Tigers of Ouachita Baptist, 7-0

ARKADELPHIA, Ark., - The Delta State men's tennis team suffered their second straight loss, this time at the hands of No. 35 Ouachita Baptist on Saturday, February 21st. The Statesmen (2-2) were shut out in doubles play. The Tigers (5-1) finished the job, taking 4 of the 6 singles matches, two of them being unfinished.

DSU will now prepare for their first Gulf South Conference matches against Christian Brothers University and Mississippi College, which will take place on Friday, February 27th, and Saturday February 28th respectively in Cleveland, Miss.
