No. 40 Statesmen Tennis Takes Down Choctaws, 6-3

CLEVELAND, Miss. - The Delta State men's tennis team took on Mississippi College in their first Gulf South Conference match of the season, winning 6-3. The No. 40 Statesmen (3-2) won 2 out-of-the 3 doubles matches from the Choctaws (0-4). The Green-and-White finished the afternoon with four singles victories, including a 6-2, 6-0 win by veteran Clement Depreeuw.

Next up for the Statesmen will be the University of North Alabama. The match will be held on March 7th, in Cleveland, Miss.
