This season, the GSC Tournament will be held at the Lagoon Park/O'Connor Tennis Center in Montgomery, Ala., April 19 through April 21. The Statesmen will open the tournament against the No.4 seed, the University of Montevallo, in the first round at 9 a.m. Should the Statesmen win, they will advance to the GSC Semifinals on Friday, April 20.

"I'm proud of the effort our players have given all season," said Jeffrey Farris, head coach for the Delta State men's tennis team. "Montevallo will be a tough team to beat, but our players have been preparing all season for this moment."
