CLEVELAND, Miss.- The Delta State University men's soccer team return home for one final weekend after a hard fought tie against Mississippi College last weekend. The University of Montevallo and Auburn University-Montgomery on Friday and Sunday come to Delta Field. Sunday's game will be senior day for ten Statesmen.

INSIDE THE SERIES: Montevallo leads the all time series over the Statesmen 9-0. Last year the Falcons beat DSU in Alabama 3-1. The Falcons scored all three of their goals in the second half to beat the Statesmen.
DSU fell to AUM last year in Montogmery 2-1. However, the Statesmen still lead the all time series over the Warhawks 2-1.
LAST TIME OUT: The Statesmen tied Mississippi College 1-1 in Clinton last week. DSU went down a man in the 52
ndminute but ended up scoring the fist goal of the game from
Tylor Davis. Mississipppi College tied the game in the 86
thminute to send it to OT where neither team scored.
INSIDE THE OPPONENTS:
Montevallo is 5-7-1 overall so far this year and are 3-4-0 in GSC play. The Falcons have lost their last three games. Vladik Margolin has scored three goals and has one assist to lead UM. Goalie Robert Kuta has 47 saves so far this year.
AUM is 7-4-2 overall and 4-1-2 coming into this weekend in conference matches. After nine straight matches with a win or a tie, AUM was upset by Shorter last week 3-0. Thomas Carlile has four goals and four assists to lead the Warhawks. Renan Diniz has added four goals as well for AUM
SENIOR DAY: Ten seniors will be recognized before the start of the AUM game on Sunday.
