Mike Kinnison said. "All three are most deserving of this recognition."
Barlow, a 5-foot-8 redshirt sophomore, led all second basemen in the GSC in offensive production this season. The Jonesville, La., native hit .339 during the regular season with 12 doubles, five triples, nine home runs and 46 RBIs. He started all 45 games for the Statesmen at second base, collecting 57 hits in 168 at-bats and scoring 37 runs.
Barlow's name is scattered across the GSC statistical leaderboard, ranking 1st in triples (5), 4
th in slugging (.631), 8
th hits (57), 4
th in RBIs (46), and 5
th in home runs (9).
Minton, a 6-foot-4 senior left-handed pitcher, has put together a phenomenal campaign, leading the GSC in victories after going 9-2 with a 2.50 ERA and one save. The Horn Lake, Miss., native has appeared in 12 games, making 11 starts, throwing 68.1 innings while allowing just 23 runs, 19 earned, on 58 hits. He has recorded 56 strikeouts with 27 walks and opponents are batting a mere .225 against him this season.
The former Northwest Mississippi CC transfer has allowed only one earned run or fewer in nine of his appearances this year, including his last four starts. His 2.50 ERA is 2
nd in the GSC while ranking 1
st in wins (9).
Riggins, a 6-foot-2 sophomore right-handed pitcher, made the successful transition from a reliever in 2018 to starter in 2019. The Hernando, Miss., native has been Delta State's game one starter for most of the campaign, posting an 8-3 record with a 2.57 ERA. In 12 starts, Riggins has thrown 77.0 innings, allowing 39 runs, just 23 earned, on 74 hits. He has struck out a team-leading 66 batters with 28 walks and opposing batters are hitting just .245 against him.

rd in batters struck out looking with 20.
The trio will lead the Statesmen (34-11), who are seeded third, into Friday's opening round game of the GSC Tournament versus the No. 6 seed Valdosta State (27-19). First pitch is set for 10 a.m. at Choccolocco Park.
Matt Jones will have the call on the Statesmen Sports Network (WMJW 107.5 FM) starting at 9:45 a.m.
