CLEVELAND, Miss.- The Delta State University men's soccer return home after a three game road trip to open up Gulf South Conference play at Delta Field this Friday and Sunday. The Statesmen welcome the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the University of West Alabama for a weekend series in Cleveland, Miss.

INSIDE THE SERIES: This will be the 18
thmeeting all time between UAH and DSU. The Chargers defeated the Statesmen in Huntsville 4-0 last year. UAH leads the series 16-2 all time.
The Tigers beat the Green and White last year 3-0 in Livingston, Alabama. The Tigers lead the series 6-1-1 against DSU.
LAST TIME OUT: The Statesmen a game over Millsaps on Tuesday.
INSIDE THE OPPONENTS:
UAH comes into the weekend with a 1-3 record. The Chargers have played a very tough schedule with two of their losses coming to top 20 teams. UAH has lost to #5 Lander and #20 Lynn. They have also lost to Eckerd and handily beat North Georgia. Brayant Toro leads UAH with two goals on two shots.
West Alabama is 2-2 on the season coming into the weekend. The Tigers have also lost to Lander and Clayton State, who is ranked #19 in the country. UWA has beaten Eckerd College and Flagler College in their two wins. Four different Tigers have scored a goal this season with Kyle McLeod leading the way with four shots on goal.
