GULF SHORES, Ala.- The first day of the Gulf Shores Invitational was rained out on Friday. The Delta State University Lady Statesman softball team was supposed to open the season against Florida Tech and Drury University but inclement weather potponed and then cancelled the games. The Lady Statesmen will take on Rollins College and Rogers State tomorrow at 4 and 7:30 pm. in day two of the invitational.
