Lady Statesmen Falter Late in Loss to Clayton State

DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The Delta State University women's basketball team could not hold on to a four-point lead and lost to Clayton State University 56-52 on Saturday afternoon. Clayton State outscored DSU 18-11 in the fourth quarter to squeak out the win.
 
Zyaire Ewing led Delta State with her second double-double of the year with 13 points and 16 rebounds.

  • Ewing had 13 points and 16 rebounds for her second double-double of the season
