DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The Delta State University women's basketball team could not hold on to a four-point lead and lost to Clayton State University 56-52 on Saturday afternoon. Clayton State outscored DSU 18-11 in the fourth quarter to squeak out the win.
Zyaire Ewing led Delta State with her second double-double of the year with 13 points and 16 rebounds.

- The Lakers had a 6-1 run to start the fourth quarter to give them the lead
- There were 10 lead changes in the contest and 13 ties
