CLEVELAND, Miss. - Ke'Vonshaye Stackhouse hit the game-winning shot with one second left to give the Delta State University women's basketball team the 54-52 win over the University of Alabama-Huntsville on Thursday evening.

UAH had an opportunity to tie the game but Camryn Davis denied Alexis Woods' shot as time expired. Stackhouse had a team-high 16 points and seven rebounds in the win.

• DSU was 22-for-55 from the floor while UAH was 22-for-53.
• The Chargers were held without a point for the first four minutes and ten seconds of the game.
• The Lady Statesmen out-rebounded UAH 43-24.
• Moriah Hurst had a career high 11 rebounds including four offensive rebounds.
• Selena Pruitt led all scorers with 20 points for the Chargers.
• After DSU took a 34-24 lead in the third quarter, UAH went on an 10-4 run to close the gap to 38-34 at the end of the third. 
• The Chargers took their first lead with 8:12 left in the game at 39-38.
• DSU had four blocks in the contest.
• UAH and DSU traded the lead four times and had three ties.
• Makenzie Hill had a career-high six points and Brysa Maxwell had four points to tie her career-high.
