CLEVELAND, MISS. -- The No. 11 Delta State University men's tennis team improved to 7-2 overall on the campaign as they beat Mississippi College 6-1 on Saturday afternoon at the Cleveland Country Club.

• Emile Le Terrier and Trey Seymour (DSU) defeated Maksym Konovalov and Shane Jamyn (MC) 6-1
• Mason Vice and Hugo Stroppiana (DSU) fell to Mattis Ballatore and Carlos Theyillo (MC) 6-2 
• Côme Bracaval and Leo De Sousa (DSU) lost 6-1 to Joe Jarvis and Brady McDaniel

SINGLES

• Terrier (DSU) defeated Ballatore (MC) 6-2, 7-6.
• Stroppiana (DSU) battled it out and defeated McDaniel 6-4, 6-2.
• De Sousa (DSU) made quick work of Jarvis (MC) 6-1, 6-0.
• Seymour (DSU) took down Samyn (MC) 6-2, 6-3. 
• Returning GSC player of the week, Bracaval (DSU), took down Trujillo (MC) 6-4, 6-3.
• Franco Roldan (DSU) made his first singles start for the Statesmen and defeated Konovalov (MC) 6-1, 6-3.
