MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- The Delta State University men's tennis team fell 4-3 to the University of West Florida Argonauts in a close top 10 matchup in the semifinals of the Gulf South Conference tournament.

• Emile Le Terrier and Trey Seymour (DSU) were up 5-4 against Gabriel Nery and Salvador Bandeira (UWF) but didn't finish due to the completion of the doubles point.
• Come Bracaval and Hugo Stroppianna (DSU) fell to Serdat Bojadjiev and Lluis Miro (UWF) 6-3.
• Franco Roldan and Hugo Stroppiana (DSU) were defeated by Nicolas Le Courte and William Shkrob (UWF) 6-4.

SINGLES

• Terrier (DSU) went to three sets, with Bojadjiev (UWF) falling 3-6, 6-2, and 6-2
• Stroppiana (DSU) took down Le Courte (UWF) in three sets 3-6, 6-2, and 6-4.
• De Sousa (DSU) fell to Cabrera (UWF) 7-5, 6-2.
• Bracaval (DSU) took down Banderia (UWF) 7-5, 6-3.
• Seymour (DSU) made quick work Nery (UWF) 6-3, 6-4.
• Emiliano Del Arco (DSU) was defeated by Miro (UWF) 6-4, 7-6 (9)
