Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Cleveland, Miss.  -- The Delta State University softball team returned home for their home series opener against the University of Arkansas at Monticello. The Green and White would host the Cotton Blossoms for a doubleheader on Sunday. The Lady Statesmen would lead the game until the fifth inning when UAM would score three runs in the inning and then score six runs in the sixth inning. In the second game of the doubleheader, the Lady Statesmen would score the first three runs of the game but then UAM would score 11 runs to defeat the Green and White.
