Box Score Montgomery, Ala.  -- The Delta State University softball team faced off againt the Warhawks of Auburn University Montgomery. In game three Lacey Coats drew the start for the Lady Statesmen. Coats pitched five innings with a strikeout in the game. Jenny Griggers would drove in Raegan Stafford and Alana Walker to score the first run for the Lady Statesmen. MyCala Helms hit a grand slam in the second innings to push the Green and Whites lead to 7-0. The Warhawks battled back to defeat the Lady Statesmen 12- 7.
