Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Arkadelphia, Ark.  -- The Delta State University softball team faced off against the Tigers of Ouachita Baptist University for a doubleheader. Madison Jenkins drew the start for the Lady Statesmen. Jenkins threw a complete game with four strikeouts in the game. Lindsey Coffey would hit a homerun in the third innings to score the first run for the Lady Statesmen. Jenny Griggers hit a grand slam in the seventh inning to push the Green and White lead to 7-2. Lacey Coats earned the start in the second game of the matchup. Coats would pitch 6.1 innings with seven strikeouts. Madison Jenkins would come in to get the final two outs of the game. Katelyn Harmon would score the first run of game two. The Green and White would have 11 hits in the game and defeated the Tigers 6-4.
