CLEVELAND, Miss. – Due to inclement weather in the forecast for Saturday evening, the Gulf South Conference Quarterfinal between the Delta State University men's soccer team and Christian Brothers University has been moved to Friday at 6:00 p.m. (CDT).
 
The Statesmen (4-5-7, 3-4-4 GSC) enter the post season as the seven seed for the second season in a row. Their seven ties them for third in the nation and is the most ties any Statesmen soccer team has had in program history.
 
The two teams met back on Friday, Oct. 4 when a late free kick goal by Santiago Rossi tied the Statesmen with the two-seeded Buccaneers.
 
The winner of this match will wait on the winner of the three versus six match up with Trevecca Nazarene and Auburn Montgomery.
