PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Delta State University Men's Tennis Program completed day one at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's South Regional Tournament at Friday afternoon at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex at the University of West Florida.
 
The green and white were led by senior Valentino Millimaci who made it to the second round of the main stage with a first-round win over the two seeded Ricardo Trione from Barry.
 
After Consolation round victories, junior Alejandro Bravo advanced to competition tomorrow after defeating Charles Lefort from Mississippi College (6-1, 7-5). Along with Bravo freshman Marti Cerda Castillo advanced through the consolation bracket after a victory against Jerome Iaconi from Valdosta State.
