WACO, TEX. – The Delta State University Football Team entered the American Football Coaches' Association (AFCA) Poll announced this afternoon. The Statesmen are ranked 22
nd after defeating the Mules from Central Missouri last Thursday evening in their season opener.
Delta State has received 98 points in the poll as they will look to improve to 2-0 this weekend as they will host the Trailblazers from North Greenville University this Saturday for the 40
th annual Pig Pickin' game.
