RUSTON, La. – Eight different Louisiana Tech players scored goals as the Delta State Lady Statesmen fell 12-0 to their Division I hosts Sunday in Ruston.

The Lady Techsters fired 52 shots during the match. Delta State goalkeeper Sam Le Jeune (Olive Branch, Miss./Center Hill HS) registered 20 saves.

Brittany Coffinbargar led Louisiana Tech with three goals.

The loss dropped Delta State to 2-2 on the season.

The Lady Statesmen return to action when they travel to McKenzie, Tenn. to face Bethel College. Opening kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
