BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Delta State University Women's Soccer Players
Ava Steven and
Chloe Colquhoun have earned All-Gulf South Conference recognition announced this afternoon by the conference office.
Steven and Colquhoun were both voted second team All-GSC by all the coaches in the Gulf South Conference.
Steven logged in the most minutes of any Lady Statesmen in the 2025 season, playing 1384 minutes on a defensive back line that has pitched seven shutouts in the 2025 season. The Delta State defense led by the Glasgow, Scotland native, has only given up an average of one goal per contest in the regular season.
Colquhoun also has the most minutes played out of any midfielder wearing green and white this season. The Glasgow, Scotland native played 1154 total minutes in the 2025 season. Chloe has scored six points on three goals, two were game winners against Georgia College and Valdosta State.
The Lady Statesmen start the postseason tomorrow afternoon as they travel to Livingston, Ala., to take on the Tigers from the University of West Alabama.
