CLEVELAND, Miss. - Delta State University women's soccer head coach Mark Hiller has announced the signing of Vivien Guese to the incoming class for the Lady Statesmen. 

"Vivien impressed us very quickly with her ability to both score goals and unlock defenses," Hiller said. "She is a smart and technical player who has a great competitive attitude which combined with her technique is something that we are very fortunate to have join us in January."

The center midfielder and Hamburg, Germany native plays for Walddörfer SV in the Regionalliga and won first place in the Hamburg Futsal Championship
 
"Vivien is a player who exudes positivity and we believe will be a contagious personality in the locker room," Hiller said. "Our coaching staff is thrilled to be having her join us this spring."
