Dickson, Tenn. – The Delta State wrapped up their 2025-26 season this morning at the 2026 Gulf South Conference Championships at Greystone Golf Course in Dickson, Tennessee.
 
The Statesmen as a team finished in seventh place after shooting a three-rounds total of 893 (+29). The team shot their best in the third round with a collective total of 292 (+4)
 
Leading the way in day three was senior Peter Blazevic. Blazevic shot a 71 (-1) to bring his three-round total to 224 (+8) putting him in a tie for 25^th with freshman Gonzalo De Minon, who shot a 80 (+8) on the third day.
 
In the final round, Blazevic had five birdies including three in the front nine. In the back nine, Blazevic shot one under par.  
 
Freshman Cooper Jones, and junior Niko Salmi both carded an even par 72 in the third round. Jones had three birdies in his final round while Salmi had two.
