Cleveland, Miss. - The Delta State University softball team (12-35, 6-24 GSC) will play their final weekend series against the Lee University Flames (19-33, 10-20 GSC). The series will be in Cleveland, Tennessee on Stanley Butler Softball Field.

Games one and two will be played in a double header on Friday starting at 3:00 PM. Game three will be played on Saturday starting at 2:00 PM.
Scouting the Statesmen:

• The Lady Statesmen look to end a season on a high note and repeat last season's series win against the Flames. The Lady Statesmen hold a 14-15 overall record historically against the Flames.
• Last season, Delta State swept Lee in a two-game series with a rain out in the third game. The Lady Statesmen took game one 7-3 followed by a 6-5 game two win.  
• Kyleigh Wheaton and Carly Dunigan are each hitting .338 this season, with a combined 15 home runs and 22 doubles. Wheaton has produced 36 RBIs, while Dunigan has driven in 27.
• Maeve Lavoy is leading the Lady Statesmen in batting average as she is hitting .375 this season. Lavoy is also leading them in the circle. In 123 innings pitched, she posts a 4.95 ERA with 78 strikeouts.
• Joryie McKnight leads the Lady Statesmen on the base paths with 16 stolen bases. She is also having a good year at the plate, hitting .322 with 24 runs scored.

Scouting the Flames:

• Alyson Jarvi has been the big bat in the Flames lineup this season. She is hitting .290 with 13 home runs and 32 RBIs.
• Hailey Simco has also had a great season for the Flames. She is hitting .313 with 56 hits, 34 runs scored, and 28 RBIs.
• Kaylee Underwood has thrown the most innings for the Flames. In 110 innings, she totals 42 strikeouts and posts a 5.28 ERA.
