Mary Katherine Chunn captures the Gostatesmen.com female athlete of the week. She was the medalist for the DSU Invitational 5K with a time of 20:07. She helped lead the Lady Statesmen to victory at the Invitational. This is the second week in a row that Chunn has posted a career best time for a 5K race.
