ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The Delta State Lady Statesmen (4-2, 2-0 GSC) went 2-1 this past week taking victories against Ouachita Baptist University (0-1) on Feb. 9,  6-1, Henderson State University (0-2) on Feb. 11,  5-1 and then falling to Northeastern State University (2-0) on Feb. 10, 2-5,  in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The Lady Statesmen picked up their third win in a row this against Ouachita Baptist University 6-1 sweeping the doubles matches 3-0 and taking three out of the four singles matchups.

The green and white fell 2-5 the following day to Northeaster State winning the doubles matches 2-1 but the Riverhawks swept the Lady Statesmen in singles action 0-4.

Delta State bounced back on the final day garnering a 7-2 win from Henderson State University sweeping doubles competition 3-0 and took a 4-2 advantage in singles play.
