PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Delta State University Lady Statesmen tennist team lost 5-0 to Florida Southern College on Saturday, April 6.

FSC took control in Doubles play sweeping all three matches.

In singles play DSU's Hidemi Mayeshiro lost a close match in singles two  by a score of 6-2. Singles three and four were also close as Sandra Tora fell in singles three 6-2 and Hristina Koceva lost in singles four by a final score of 6-3.

The Lady Statesmen next face Gulf South Conference rival the University of West Florida.
