Matthew Swaine has been selected New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference Diver of the Week. Following the victories, the Statesmen now sit at No. 16 in the CollegeSwimming.com Poll.
Swaine, a junior from Loveland, Ohio swept the diving events, winning at 1M (262.80) and 3M (258.75). Swaine holds the Delta State records in four diving events and was selected as All-NSISC in 2014. This marks the second time this season Swaine has been selected as the top diver by the NSISC, having previously won the honor on Oct. 14.
Delta State will be off until hosting the DSU Christmas Invitational from Dec. 13 - 16 at the DSU Aquatics Center.
