Lady Statesmen Tennis Shutout by No. 3 BYU-Hawaii

PENSACOLA, Fla. - The Delta State women's tennis team continues to face overpowering opponents on their Pensacola, Fla. road trip, dropping a 6-0 shutout to No. 3 Brigham Young University at Hawaii on Saturday, March 28th. This is the Lady Statesmen's (5-6, 2-3 GSC) third consecutive loss. No doubles matches were played on the day, but that did not phase the Seasiders, as they swept in all six singles matches, including two forfeits.

Now Delta State will turn their attention to host school and 8th ranked University of West Florida on Sunday, March 29th to conclude their weekend road stand.
