CLEVELAND, Mississippi – The Delta State University women's swimming and diving team dominated the meet against Rhodes College on Sept. 18, 2015, earning 170 points to clinch the win. Rhodes College finished with 63.

• Short Story: The Lady Statesmen clinched the meet with 170 points, and finished first place in every event except the women's 3-meter diving.

How it happened:

• The Lady Statesmen finished in first, second and third place in 200-Freestyle, 100-Freestyle and 500-Freestyle events.
• Melanie Tombers won first place in the 500-Freestyle with a time of 5:12.66.
• Anastasia Klyarovskaya won first place in the 200-Freestyle and 100-Backstroke.
• Celina Batsel took first place in the 100-Freestyle with a time of 53.89.
• Kierstin Page edged out Allie Hill from Rhodes College to earn first place in the 100-Individual Medley with a time of 1:01.64.
• Sarah Hoop won first place in the 1-meter diving competition with a score of 198.53.
