CLEVELAND, Miss. - After stumbling out of the gate versus Harding in the OBU Lady Tigers Invitational, the Delta State University women's tennis team claimed three straight victories to end the weekend in Arkadelphia, Ark., to move to 3-1 on the season. The Lady Statesmen defeated Arkansas Tech 7-2, Ouachita Baptist 8-1, and Henderson State 5-4. OBU results were not readily available after the match.

Celina Stracke continued her impressive play to open the season, moving to 4-0 in singles play on the year after defetaing ATU's Camila Roca 6-2, 6-4 and HSU's Mariah Bartlett 6-2, 6-0. The Cologne, Germany native opened the season with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Harding's Emily Faulkner at No. 6 singles.
