CLEVELAND, Miss. – On the heels of a dominating performance at the DSU Christmas Invite the Delta State University swimming and diving teams both climbed in the TYR College Swimming Coaches Association of America Top 25 poll.
 
After claiming first place at the Christmas Invite the Statesmen moved from No. 12 to No. 3, while the Lady Statesmen went from No. 23 to No. 16. The Statesmen are the highest ranked team in the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference,
 
DSU returns to action on Saturday, Jan. 20, as it hosts Emory University and West Florida for Senior Day. The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
