RESULTS
CLEVELAND, Miss. – The Delta State University Statesmen and Lady Statesmen Swim and Dive teams swept Henderson State University in both the men's and women's dual meets on Friday. The men won all but four events and the women all but three events. It is the final meet before the DSU Christmas Invitational to end the semester in December.

Inside The Ropes:
- The Statesmen 200 yard medley relay "A" team won the race by three seconds over Henderson State with a time of 1:34:47
- Peyton Osborn won the women's 1650 free with a time of 17:42:23 which was 32 seconds faster than anyone else.
- John Stewart picked up the win in the men's 1650 in 16:24:22
- Madelyn Byrd won the 100 yard backstroke by three seconds in 58.79.
- Giulio Brugnoni won the men's 100 backstroke once again this season and has not lost it at all this year.
- Madison Lavoie won the 100 yard breaststroke by over five seconds with a time of 1:05:04. And the 200 yard breastroke by 10 seconds with a time of 2:20:39.
- Not to be outdone, Celeste Turner took first in the 200 yard butterfly with a tie of 2:06:78. That was 11 seconds faster than second place.
- Sommer Rhodes won her first race of her career winning the 500 yard free in 5:19:17.
On The Boards:
- Gillian Pratt won the women's one meter and three meter diving with scores of 239.13 and 207.45 respectively.
- Kyle Weesner too first in both one and three meter diving as well with scores of 282.15 and 234.15.
Up Next: The Statesmen and Lady Statesmen return home for the Delta Dive Invite in mid-November and then the DSU Christmas Invitational at the end of the fall semester.
