CLEVELAND, Miss. -- Hunter McCarter took second place in the three-meter diving competition for the Delta State University men's diving team on day one of the NSISC Championships at the Ronald G. Mayers Aquatics Center on Monday.
McCarter improved on his third place finish a season ago, while
Jawone Blankenship placed third place for the Statesmen.

- Garrett Martin won the event for the University of Texas-Permian Basin with a score of 470.01
- McCarter had a score of 437.84.
