PENSACOLA, Fla. -- The Delta State University men's swimming and diving team fell 181.0-118.0 in a dual meet against NCAA Division III powerhouse Emory University on Saturday morning at the UWF Aquatic Center.

INSIDE THE LANE LINES
- In the 200-yard medley relay, Emanuel Fava, Savio Ragonesi, Federico Bracco, and Tucker Schroer swam a 1:35.37 to finish fourth.
- John Stewart's 16:26.88 put him in second place in the 1650-yard freestyle.
- Emanuel Fava swam a 1:49.32 to finished 6th place in the 200-yard freestyle.
- In the 100-yard backstroke, Berk Ozkul posted a 52.44 to finish fourth.
- The 100-yard breaststroke saw Savio Ragonesi post a 57.97 for a runner-up finish.
- Bracco's 1:54.41led him to third in the 200-yard butterfly.
- Schroer posted a podium finish in the 50-yard freestyle, as he swam a 21.51 to finish third, and he also finished third in the 100-yard freestyle (47.55).
- Ozkul's 1:54.32 in the 200-yard backstroke led him to a fourth place finish.
- Ragonesi placed third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:04.60)
- 4:50.04 was the fourth place finish time for Stewart in the 500-yard freestyle.
- Bracco swam a 49.92 in the 100-yard butterfly as the Statesmen swept first through fifth place.
- Stewart's 4:09.88 put him first in the 400-yard IM.
- Schroer, Fava, Ragonesi, and Bracco's 3:09.26 in the 400-yard freestyle relay was good enough to take home first place.
ON THE BOARDS
- Jawone Blankenship won the 3-meter diving competition with a score of 297.55, and also took first in the 1-meter competition with a 301.75.
- Sam Jones (228.20) finished third on 1-meter, while Nicholas Stark finished second on 1-meter with a 235.25.
