Jawone Blankenship placed eighth in the one-meter dive to lead the Delta State University men's swim team on the first night of the NCAA Championships.

INSIDE THE ROPES
- The 200-yard medley relay team of Berk Ozkul, Savio Ragonesi, Federico Bracco, and Tucker Schroer brought home Honorable Mention All-American status. They came in 16th with a time of 1:28.91.
- Fava came in 3rd in th 200 yard individual medley with a time of 1:45.80.
- Carson Traylor finished in 39th in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:51.28.
- The 200-yard freestyle relay team of Schroer, Bracco, Fava, and Alex Miller came in 16th with a time of 1:20.67
ON THE BOARDS:
- Blankenship placed eighth on the one-meter dive with a score of 422.90. This was the first time Blankenship was named an NCAA All-American.
