Lady Statesmen Tennis Team Takes Down Christian Brothers, 7-1

CLEVELAND, Miss. - The Delta State women's tennis team took on Christian Brothers University on Monday, April 6th, in Gulf South Conference action. This match was originally scheduled for February 27th, but was postponed due to wintry weather conditions. The Lady Statesmen (8-8, 4-5 GSC) only surrendered one match to the Lady Buccaneers (0-11, 0-6 GSC) on their way to a 7-1 rout.

Delta State will now face Division I opponent and Southwestern Athletic Conference member, Alcorn State University, on Tuesday, April 7th., in Vicksburg, Miss.
