In a highly contested doubles competition, the Lady Braves came out ahead with a 3-0 lead winning all three matches.

The Lady Statesmen began to gain momentum in the singles competition as senior Charlotte Le Flohic defeated Ammaarah Tim (ASU) 6-3, 6-3, securing a match point for DSU. However, the Lady Braves ultimately had the edge, winning the remaining singles matches for the 8-1 victory.
